At Yarns & Stitch, we deliver our crochet products and Jesmonite home decor exclusively within the UAE. We strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and securely.

Processing Time: Onhand items are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within the UAE typically takes 3-5 business days and will get updates 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the issue and we will help you fix the issue.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure that all details are correct before placing your order.
